Not well made. Not flat on the bottom!
I ordered this pan since I wanted to find a non-stick pan that wasn't Teflon coated, and the Ozeri ceramic "Green" pan that I tried first failed miserably. The first one I got was not flat on the bottom! It rocked on my glass cook top like a sailboat. I returned it - thank you, Amazon, for making the return a sinch! - and it was immediately replaced at no charge to me. The second one was exactly the same. It simply doesn't make contact with the burner all the way around all at one time. I'm returning it as well. I guess I'm back to Teflon.
Rocking & Rolling
The bottom of the pan is not flat. I have to prop the handle on several stacked saucers to get the pan to sit flat on the stove burner. As much as I like this pan for its non-stick feature, I would not but it again or recommend it to a friend. Also, the handle was dented upon arrival. Too much of a hassle to return it. I prop it up and use it, but I'm not happy about it.
Great
This pan is the nicest one I own now. Its great and it has withstood my wife and that is not easy. It is great so far THANK YOU.
