Really nice set
I bought exactly the same set 4 or 5 years ago and just loved it. Easy to clean, not too heavy to carry. I have been looking for the replacement everywhere lately and tried several other Circulon's pots and pans that one can find at Younkers or Kohl but those were different and much thinner. I would highly recommend this particular set.
Finally, good cookware...
I am a decent cook. I love food and enjoy cooking but am not obsessive about it. I also like sturdy, well-designed tools and this set is that and more.
I've used the usual assortment of consumer grade pots and pans in the past: cast iron, Revere ware, some expensive stainless steel pieces, etc. Most were OK but some were too heavy, in others the heat was poorly distributed, the connections were loose, the materials flimsy, and food would stick often.
I've used this set for about six months now and none of that is true of this cookware. As I say, I am not a professional so I don't know what they would expect but these pots and pans provide excellent service for me. The shape and finish is functional, clean, and durable. They distribute heat evenly and seem to respond quickly to changes in burner settings (I cook on gas).
