Flipped My Lid
I love these one piece caps to can certain things. When I can up things for sale at the farmers market or for gifts, I like these lids for the jars because if you don't use the entire contents of the jar these make re-sealing for refrigeration a lot easier. Also the flat top of the lid provides a nice place to affix my homemade lables. I got my first batch from the Amish grocery store, to try them, and I liked them, I mean I love them. Will purchase again.

I love this style of cap for gift giving. If the contents of the jar will be consumed over several days it is easier for the recipient to close the jar without fumbling with a two piece cap.
