Leaks, Leaks, Leaks ! Sticky mess.
I really wanted to like this dispenser. Initially the quality looked good but it simply leaks too much syrup to be of any use. There's a rubber seal that is supposed to seal the top and I've tried id both ways (lip up and lip down) and neither way works. No matter how well I wipe off the dispenser after use there's always a sticky mess under it later.
As good as honey dispensers can be
Top part made well. Metal. The opening cover slides tightly and it almost "cuts" the honey as you're dispensing it, once it's closed. Just have to wash and clean every time you fill up because honey residue builds causing the cover to become less effective and sticky (normal).
Tiny Dispenser
In fairness, it says in the title of the product that is only holds 6 oz BUT it's just not practical to have it hold so little. I thought when I bought it it was like the ones at pancake houses, etc. but it's not. It's really tiny and needs to be filled after every use.
