Buffet Enhancements Round Universal Magnetic Chafing Dish Heater

Great device
Works exactly as described, but I'm using it for a coffee urn, so it wasn't exactly suited for the purpose. There's a big red label on the piece that sits inside the urn/chafing dish, and over a few uses, it started to disintegrate. I eventually had to remove it using nail polish remover, which took an hour, because it was never meant to be removed. It would have been better had the warning label been designed to be removed.

I was scared to buy this product, since we start using it its too good specially the price its worth it some time magnet stop working and heater falls down but its ok we have screwed it with chaffer. But no doubt product is good, looking for another one on same price.

Great quality
I purchased this item for making soap. It's the perfect size because it's not too big or too small. It's large enough that I don't have to worry about splashing my counter tops (or myself) with lye or oils. I also purchased an induction hot plate to use with this item, but I'm pleased that it can accommodate both my electric stove top and the induction top. The material is sturdy and well constructed. I received my item very quickly and I'm very pleased with this transaction.

Berndes Tradition 9-1/2-Inch Square Grill Pan

Great Grill Pan
I've had this grill pan for at least 5 years now. It's a great pan and cooks well on my ceramic cooktop. I grill steaks indoors using this pan and have been extremely pleased with the results, much better than any other pan I've used. Cleanup is generally a snap and the non-stick surface has held up well over the years. I'm in the market for new cookware and am looking at other pieces of the Berndes line.

Excellent for indoor grilling
We grill chicken, steak and burgers. Excellent even heat. Cleans up great! Well worth the price.

Wow!
All I can say is "wow!" ... what a nice grill pan. For a single person, this is a great size for a piece of salmon or chicken. Heats uniformly and cooks great. Grilled two filet mignons in this pan before popping them into the oven, and they turned out great. The meat was lightly marinated and didn't use any oil in the pan and the steak turned out nice. And a light wiping with paper towels and light washing afterwards, it looked new...still. I plan to use this pan more than my outdoor grill as it adds the grill marks to the meat quickly without having to fire up the BBQ grill. The price was right, and I love the wood handle. Can't go wrong buying this grill pan. German quality at its best.

Prestige Whistle3 Pressure Regulator Whistle with Weight Assembly for Range Cookers

I want a 3 weight PSI requlator
I marked this low only because I did not get what thought i was getting. I have been searching for a 15 PSI regulator for my pressure cooker. That is because I live at 6700 feet and the higher pressures is a must here for canning meat. This was described as a 3 pressure Regulator. Knowing that regulators can come in 3 pressures 5 - 10 and 15 PSI I thought I had it. But it is only a signal weigh and worse yet the pressure or weight is not marked on it so I have no of knowing how much pressure it will develop in my cooker. If any one could give me some advice on this i'd be grateful.

12-inch Authentic Chinese Bamboo Steamer - 4 Piece Set

It works very bad!
-It works very bad. The steam release between each level. So the food never been cooked entirely. I used them 2 times and I got half cooked food for both of them. I want to return it.

Bamboo Steamer Rocks!
The bamboo steamer is awesome! It has 3 levels instead of two.. It was bigger and better than any ones I saw at any local stores including the cultural stores Mekong Marketplace and LeeLee's. Me & my friend are using it to steam rice for the making of Saki! :)

Le Creuset Handle Mitt, Black

Works great. Fits well.
Ordered two of these for two Le Creuset pans I have and they work great. We also have a Lodge cast iron skillet with the silicone handle mitt but it tends to get pretty warm, which sort of defeats the purpose. These quilted ones don't at all!

Swiss Diamond 10.25" Tempered Glass Lid

Pot lid
Bought for a T-Fal pot that my wife accidentally dropped and it shattered. This lid fits like it was made just for this pot and it also fits a T-Fal frying pan of the same diameter. Couldn't be happier, either with the lid or the seller.

Good lid
This is a good lid but I will say I must have put the darn thing together wrong because I couldn't get the vent part to work at all. But thats probably my own fault and not the lids. Also I got this to use with one of those white ceramic pans and this lid actually made a few scratches on it. SO that kind of irked me. Anyway I didn't send it back.
