I cant read Japanese!
This pot is absolutely beautiful! I am so glad I bought it. Unfortunately there is one problem. The how to maintain directions are all in Japanese. Unfortunately I don't read a bit of it. So I am not sure how to use the pot with out damaging it. I have obvious assumptions but since I have never used earthenware pots before, I would like to make sure I am caring for the pots after cooking properly. Hopefully, I'll get some instructions some where soon and I can finally make my first meal! I am still excited to have the pot just because it is so pretty! I hope to be cooking out of it very soon. :)
