AcCuCore takes multilayer cookware to another level
I'm a fan of muticlad cookware, specifically the kind that takes heat conductive aluminum, and surrounds it with stainless steel. The resulting cookware has excellent heat distribution, and is easy to maintain.
But Calphalon has taken this idea and stepped it up a notch. This roaster boasts a copper core, surrounded on both sides with aluminum, and then all that is encased in easy to maintain stainless steel. What you get is a pan that will conduct heat evenly thought. Great.
Great Pan
I have a few of these pans and I love them all. Easy to clean and perfect for cooking. Start on the cool side of cooking so you dont mess up the pans. As you get use to them, you will perfect cooking in them.

I really love this. I used it again last night and it works beautifully. When I used it for a turkey...I was able to make the best gravy I have ever made!
