Wonky lid
The lid did not fit correctly. It wobbled. I checked other amazon reviews of the Le Creuset Enamel-on-Steel range and found others have reported the same defect. An even greater number of people have reported that eventually the enamel comes off. This is not what you would expect from a pot which costs $150. Luckily i hadnt used the pot so sent it back for a refund.
"Great Pot"
I made my first pot of seafood gumbo and the Cherry Red Stockpot was perfect. I can't wait to use it again. It should last forever!
