Nice flat parchment sheets
I love not having to cut the parchment, deal with annoying rolling paper, uneven tears and overlapping sheets. This is the perfect size for a commercial half sheet pan (18x13--search amazon for "half sheet pan"). It lets you use the pan over and over for multiple batches of what your baking without having to wash between batches, and your final cleanup is a breeze. Very handy and neat. I keep the whole box in a drawer. I cut off all the flaps but one and taped it down so that I can grab a sheet but I don't have to worry about them shifting out of the box (this won't be an issue anymore when the box isn't so full.
Good quality paper and it stands up to high heat. If you've used the recent, cheapo version of the Costco parchment (which used to be great), you'll appreciate a paper that doesn't carbonize in a hot oven.
