lack of quality
This product lacks of quality two parts of the tong are moving apart from each other. Don't recommend this tong.

I cook at a 5-star resaurant and we use these tongs. Why not have them at home. They can do everything shorter tongs can do, but it's not the same vice versa.
Clumsy......
These are fairly well made, but there is no way to hold tongs closed when not in use, without sliding clip tongs can be clumsy and hard to handle. You get what you pay for.
