Great Cookware
I bought one small frying pan about five years ago and I love it. I recently decided to add some more pieces. The handles do not get hot, even on a gas stove. The anodized finish holds up great and, the pour spouts (with drainage holes in the lid) on the 3-quart sauce pan enable you to drain potatoes and rice and other vegetables without dumping them into the sink. I highly recommend this cookware.
Great blend of style and functionality
After shopping around for quite a while, I finally settled on this pot to replace the ancient one I had been using. Wish I hadn't waited so long -- I love this pot. The non-stick surface is sleek and effective (and I've had no problems with scratches or chips so far), and the handle style and weight of the pot suits my hand perfectly. The drainage holes in the lid are convenient, although if you're draining a lot of liquid, be careful not to let the steam burn your hands. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and plan to buy the matching 1-quart pot as well.
Replaced a pot.
I got the whole Emerial set 10 years ago as a wedding gift, the one pot took a "beating" and had to be replaced. This is a great product and I probably will not have to replace another piece for 10 more years.
