Scanpan Professional Griddle
A caterer friend recommended that I buy Scanpan. She said the coating won't chip away. So far, so good! That's not the only great thing about this pan. I'm now cooking on an electric stove which is miserable after 30 plus years cooking on a gas stove top. This Scanpan griddle is designed to evenly cook everything. My pancakes have never looked better!
I've been recommending this pan to everyone now.
Expensive but good
Wife is picky about 'chemicals' that are used to make normal non stick pans. Scanpan is a nice Eco friendly alternative.
