Not Bad but not great either
Received my new pots yesterday and was so anxious to use them. They were a lot lighter than expected but that was ok I thought as they are after all GIBSON pots. Placed them on the stove and almost immediately they started changing color. I now have stained pots. Once the fire is extremely low food cooks quite well but too high a flame results in discolored pans that do not scrub clean. A warning needs to be put on the packaging.
